Anyone who wrote the manual completely forgot one step when installing PHP4 with Apache on Windows:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
# For legacy support
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php .phtml
Without these, there is no way anyone will be able to tell apache to recognize them and parse them
as a PHP script.
