CLEAR IMAGE CACHE EVERY LOAD I.E. 6 et al...
tried the headers, didnt work, tried the meta, didnt work... so the answer was this to get an image
to reload every page refresh...
<img src=MyImage.jpg?<? echo filemtime(MyImage.jpg) >
when user uploads a new photo to server the results are seen immediately... only way I could get it
to work on I.E. 6...
