note 59098 added to ref.pfpro

Is there any information available on Payflow Pro for PHP 5.1? I know it's been omitted because it wasn't being mantained. But it points to the PECL library and there aren't any Verisign packages in there. Is there any other info available? Google isn't giving me anything. Any info, I'm sure, would be appreciated by many.
