note 59279 added to ref.pfpro

Ok, so pfpro is unsupported in 5.1, and it's been moved to pecl... but it's not there. But I did find it at http://cvs.php.net/pecl/pfpro/ So, is it safe to use this pfpro extension with 5.1.
