note 59398 added to ref.xslt

I tried to get Sablotron runnning on a Windows XP - Apache 2 -PHP5 System which is my developement system. I have Sablotron running on a life Linux server. After spending lots of effort I gave up on Sablotron on Windows. Then I found out that there is Libxslt, and it is allready working!
