Is there a way to run a program forced to run in the foreground of the currently logged user on
windows machines?
I try to run a personal homepage on the local machine which has shortcuts to games and programs i
dont want to have on my desktop for a cleanier and nicier look but just pointing to .exe files on
hyperlinks result in chosing to save the program.
