note 59634 added to install.unix.apache2

Looks like the Apache 2.2 and PHP 5.0.x dev teams might not have been communicating on thier respective upcoming releases at least as of this time the two don't seem to be compatible. I am doing a build with 5.1.1 right now hopefully they will be compatible with each other.
