Hey Adam,
you mentioned that you compiled another PHP for your test with php-objc. Did you make sure to use the proper path to php-config (the one of your new php-5.2.5)? You would need to change the line in the php-objc Makefile and also use the proper php-config with the make-bundle application (-php-config </path/to/your/custum-php-config>).
Also, you should try to find out what goes wrong using the Console application (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app). Check the "All messages" item in the left-side tree and empty the output before starting the currency converter application.
HTH.
Kind regards,
- Carsten

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of an issue I was hoping someone might be able to clear up. I downloaded the latest CVS source for php-objc and compiled it against PHP 5.2.5 on Leopard. The currency converter sample
application compiles fine but for some reason it won't run when I double-click on it, it just sits there and doesn't even get to the bouncing dock icon phase. I think I followed all your instructions in the install document properly with one exception; because libffi was already installed on the system from Xcode, I just compiled the version
you had bundled but didn't "make install" it since it looks like your compile line is using the local directory anyway. Any ideas? Thanks for the help and a product I'm genuinely excited to get working
