Edit report at https://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=19711&edit=1 ID: 19711 Updated by: justinasu@gmail.com Reported By: justinasu at gmail dot com Summary: wrong data returned form get Status: Bogus Type: Bug Package: Cache_Lite Operating System: Windows Server 2008 R2 Package Version: 1.7.15 PHP Version: 5.2.17 Roadmap Versions: New Comment: there is no configuration error or usage error, everything is as in documentation. The issue occurs when u set automaticSerialization to true then the get method returns array of data automatically deserialized, and first element of array is the cached data, the seconds is the md5 hash which is not what you expect. i agree that it works as expected if you don't use automatic serialization, then get() returns only cached data. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2012-11-19 23:07:06] tacker -Status: Open +Status: Bogus Thank you for taking the time to report this. This is clearly a configuration error or usage error on your side as the method only returns the cached data: https://github.com/pear/Cache_Lite/blob/master/Cache/Lite.php#L325 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2012-11-19 11:47:53] gamesh Description: ------------ Cache_Lite::get returns array with two indexes, 0 being data that was cached, and 1 being data hash witch is irrelevant. From examples i understand that only data from 0 should be returned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at https://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=19711&edit=1
