Keeping the focus: PEAR & PHP 5.1RC1 !

All, I would like to come back to the current issues which are much more important than any crap that's going on about PHP6 and PEAR: PHP 5.1 RC1. This release is still waiting for us. And this has to be fixed ASAP. Latest changes have been that XML_RPC was throwen out of the base package hastily by some people, although there was active work on fixing issues in the package. This has now been done and we can go on as planned before. This IMHO means the following: - Revert commits to package.xml's of PEAR to bundle XML_RPC 1.4 with it. - Test PEAR 1.3 + XML_RPC as much as possible tonight. - Package that stuff into the 5.1 branch. - Give the PHP devs a start sign to get going. I don't believe I've karma to pear-core, so would please anybody take care of this?
