Actually I think that your code is pretty useful, but: We once
decided to make PEAR a repository for code components and not
for complete applications. To me it looks as if your project
is a full application, no? (If I'm wrong, please correct me.)
If this is right, I'm sorry to say that this will not fit
in PEAR at that time.
But since there are a lot of places out there, where you
can make your application available (like phpclasses.upperdesign.com),
you don't need to worry much about that.
Please don't be disappointed now and please don't think, PEAR
is a club of people, which don't want anybody else in their
round - your concept simply does not fit in the structure
of PEAR. If you had written a useful component, which can be
used in a number of applications, things would look different.
But I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of places, where you have
the chance to share your application with other people.
