the manual generation got stuck for the better part of last week. i
kicked it yesterday, and it is slowly doing the weekly regeneration of
all of the manual versions as of earlier today. (currently doing the
french version of phpdoc.)
in the future, the php-gtk and pear docs will be built before phpdoc,
since they are much smaller and build correspondingly faster.
