what web frontend ? What new syntax ?
Nothing new was added/changed on the pear side, the only change are on
the pecl side, that is, it only fetches pecl packages by default, and
pear if requested, this shouldn't affect any of the RPC or installer or
anything, since everything in regards of that is on the PEARweb side,
right ?
