We we really need yet-another-one? We already have 5... 1) "experiment" means "experiment" 2) PEAR supports channels, right now the only choice for a bug tracker is http://pear.chiaraquartet.net/index.php?package=Chiara_Bugs which is based on http://pear.chiaraquartet.net/index.php?package=Chiara_PEAR_Server and is PHP 4 code. In other words php.net is not the only php project which could use a bug tracker. 3) nothing happened to the Bugtracker, this code is experimenting to see if there might be another way to solve the problem of a universal bug tracker, one that is not just php.net-specific. 4) move on, nothing to see here. If this pulls out of experimental, there will be first contact with Jani to talk about it and then the rest of php.net. Greg
