What is This Error All About??

Hello All, I am new here. I installed PHP Shield oin my Win2K machine and it worked fine, later I wanted to play with some back-end (MySQL) and tried to use PEAR::DB classes,, for that I got the go-pear installed in the machine, but while trying to run 'pear help', I Received the following error:- C:\PHP>pear 'php_bin@' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
