Actually thinking about it:
Those should probably be in a separate sql file as well, since this is
very database type specific. Also not every application will use the
same and often a db admin will want to hand tweak them anyways.
In the case of MDB atleast I can guarantee that they are always created
correctly in all supported DB's :-)
Soooo besides paul cooper and Pierre ... who wants to write a MDB
driver?!?
