+1 for this change Also, it would be good to keep either the package.xsd or package.dtd up to date with the new attributes/elements supported now. I do not see the 'install-as' attribute in the 'file' element in the DTD (or the XSD which was created from the former). I cannot make the changes right now. My main computer's disk is physically dead, I've done some bare-metal data recovery, and have backups but will not have a working system this week. Also I will be moving to a new apt soon, so it'll be good if someone else can update the DTD at least.
