some thoughts on the Country code pulldown(s)

Hello, on i mentioned some things to richyh about countrylist pulldowns, which i'll add to the list hereby: It would be a good thing imho to be able to add translated countrynames to the code, in PEAR pref., so everyone can use those. Having e.g. a totally dutch form but the countrycodes in english just looks a bit weird (though i've seen it many times). Another thing is you'd need some sorta scheme to keep the names updated, I havent looked into how the official naming organisations do it, but it seems weird to have countries like the former Yugoslavia turn up in webforms. regards, Maarten
