Well, it was one of the first PEAR packages (along with yours and DB).
Unfortunately, it doesn't have a documentation and it has not been moved to
/pear yet. I haven't had much news of Adam Daniel recently so I don't know
if it's being maintained by him anymore.
But if you still want the country select, you just need to have a key/value
array of code/countries in the language you want.
There might be one problem though and I don't remember if I fixed it but I
would like HTML_Select to get values like key/value pairs and not value/key
pairs. It's nothing to change but it can be annoying for some people using
this class already.
I guess I will move it to /pear, change the API and make a first release
quite soon...
Anyway, sorry for my tone, it's been a tiring day today. :)
