LXXXIV. PEAR Reference Manual
This chapter contains reference documentation for PEAR components
that are distributed with PHP. It is assumed that you are
already familiar with objects and classes.

So if I understand right there should be documentation at the
website php manual style in addition to the PHPdoc documentation?
Documentation should probably be written following the
guidelines described in
http://cvs.php.net/viewcvs.cgi/phpdoc/README
Am I correct? If I was going to write some documentation
where can they be contributed?
