I shan't be writing either of those (ok... maybe the C++, but defnitely not Delphi), but accounting for the possibility seems wise.
On a side note, I thought that the pear directory namespace was flat. (http://pear.php.net/manual/en/faq.flat-structure.php). Which way is correct?
