How about putting it in System as Analyser (or with a z if you insist ;))
and then have sub-classes... starting with HTTP_Statistics, or Apache, or
whatever this one ends up being called... but with the potential to be
extended to parse mail/ftp/samba/whatever server logs if people want to.
It could all fit quite nicely into a system monitoring application someday
as well, although I'm not sure if PEAR is the place for something like that.
