Hi,
what do you think of moving the code, that currently is located
in php4/pear, to the "new" PEAR repository /pear?
I think, the only things, that should be kept in php4/pear, are:
- PEAR.php (we should provide global error handling)
- PEAR/* (for the installer code)
- CODING_STANDARS (for people wanting to contribute)
- install-pear.txt
- Makefile.in (Do we need this file in php4/pear?)
- README (every good directory [tm] has a README :)
What do you think? When should this be done? In PHP 4.0.7 or
4.1?
