Atleast identify is slower than getimagesize() since identify
seems to load in the whole file before reporting anything. This
is quite slow with big psd's. IIRC getimagesize() just reads the
fileheader and determines the size of the image there so its
faster.
Anyways identify is now used as a fallback so being slow should
not be a issue with formats recognized by getimagesize()
