new class proposal : Genealogy_Gedcom

Hello, I've made a class to read Gedcom file and I propose it for Pear. Gedcom format is the only one format for genealogy, so I suggest Genealogy_Gedcom as name. Gedcom format is composed in 4 parts : header, individual, family and object so I've made 4 class, a parser and the main class.
