It looks good for me so +1. I have a feature request though :) It would be cool to have the possibility to use a google like algorythm to display pages but with the same number of pages all the time. At the moment, when you are on page one, it only returns 4 page links. Then when you are on page 4, it returns 6 page links. I would like to have 6 page links from the beginning. This way, layout will be easier to handle because there will always be the same number of links. And also, I think it is easier to understand for some users... As an example, I have done that on one of my sites: http://cocoa.mamasam.com Just click on the links down the page below the list and tell me if you see what I mean.
