MDB

Hi, Ok, MDB in CVS is now working pretty well ... I still need to make some minor fixes to get all the test suites running again .. Stig could you remove that empty directory (MDB/MDB/Manager)? So things are slowly moving towards MDB 1.0.1 which will mark the first public release with the new structure that is more in line with other PEAR packages and should also ease adoption of existing PEAR DB users. Also this release will include the phpunit bases testing suite written by Paul Cooper. After this release I will shift my focus on drivers. Once MDB has caught up there the next thing will be improving the Manager and to lay the foundations necessary for the MDB_frontend.
