I was going to re-roll this release and replace the tar file on
pear.php.net, but it turns out that there were no release tags set in
CVS.
GUYS: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE SETS RELEASE TAGS. There is
even a "pear cvstag" command, so there are absolutely no excuses for not
doing it. Please always remember this.
Right now, the only fix for HTML_QuickForm is a 2.4.1 release.
