What Category for the Message Hashing/HMAC digest package?

I was about to release the 'Message' package, but I am not sure there is an appropriate category in the PEAR package browser. 'Authentication' might be OK, but that is one of the uses of the Hashing and HMAC digests. They can also be used for data (integrity) validation. 'Encryption' is not a good one either as the classes in question use the one-way hashing functions available from mhash. 'Security' could be a good one, because the reason to use hashes and hmacs is to make more secure web applications. Any ideas, comments, rants? ===== --- Jesus M.
