Hi,
the problem is not only our server.
I have the error in my system.
I have PEAR (PHP 4.2.3) on WinXP and have install with the command line
interface.
I open the Browser and go to WebInstaller. On first look see all
packages.
Now i click on menu and on top of all sites:
