Uff. It is broken, and I thought I made something wrong with the
package upload process (Numbers_Words) since it has not been announced
on the pear-general.
BTW. there should be a note in the FAQ for the contributor,
that he do not need to announce uploaded package on the pear-*
lists, since there is an automated announcement sent to pear-general.
I have searched the web for 'how to announce pear class', and found nothing
but ... just many automatic announcements on pear-general (or I missed
appropriate descrition in the pear docs).
