Ok, after all the talks there was about PECL documentation I think things need to be expressed
clearly (sidenote, this mail is not intended to make things clear, but just saying things need to be
made clear).
Should all documentation be moved to phpdoc and the different downloads provided as expressed by
(was it wez or sterling ?) ?
How are things going to be handled ?
