new ext/imagick released

Just to let you know: A few minutes ago, I released the new ext/imagick code. It breaks BC and testing would be a good thing .) The installation works with the current pear like magic pear install imagick and you have a new .so in your extension directory (if you have the correct dev-tools). Great work, stig :) Big Credits go to Michael C. Montero, who wrote the whole extension from scratch. Without him, we would still be at 0.1.x. Unfortunately I couldn't add him as lead developer, since he hasn't got his pear-account yet. I will try to build a windows dll as soon as I have the time for trying it (never did compile anything on windows).
