Package Proposal: Net_FTP

Hi y'all! Out of live i searched for a good ftp-class in PHP and found nothing. So i decided yesterday to start writing one on my own (including features like "list dirs", "list files", "recursive dir deletion", "recursive dir upload",...). So, what do you think? Should i release this into PEAR, into "Net"-Kategorie? Thanks for your opinions!
