2. Result in browser (if PEAR::setErrorHandling(PEAR_ERROR_PRINT)
QuickForm Error: nonexistent html element
3. Bug (QuickForm::applyFilter)
if (isset($this->_submitValues[$element])) {
...
} else {
return PEAR::raiseError(...)
}
4. Solution
if (isset($this->_elementIndex[$element]) {

}
