Yes, as much as it pains me to not have the GSL, it is the reason why I did not
used SWIG to wrap it an put it in PECL.
Othe libs I've played w/ (CCMATH, for example) also use the GSL. Unless Andrey
can get an OK from the GSL maintainers, legally it cannot be in PECL (for the
little of licensing I understand).
If it were LGPL, other will be the story (and I will be jumping and cheering
;-).
Anyone knows if GPL 3.0 will be more LGPL-ish?
