1. Patch in attachmenet adds wider possibility of matching user language. So for example, if user accept en-US and we are searching for en, en-US will match. 2. When user hostname not present, IP address will be resolved to get the domain name. This can be manipulated using the third parameter to negotiateLanguage() method. 3. Unfortunatelly file was not PEAR coding standarts compliant. Some tabs were used. There are now converted to spaces. 4.
