I don't know what I was thinking about... I've been using these methods
for 2 months and I didn't understand the purpose of this RFC... must
get some sleep! It took some time, but hey!, now I get this :-)
Sorry for all the fuzz, now I see what the point of changing this is,
and I very definitely agree with you that the __STRING__ 'NULL' should
be returned.
