I had a look, and it seems, that its not possible to use Math_Integer in
Crypt_RSA without adding a few more methods. I don't know, if
bcmath supports them, but here they are:
gmp_random(), gmp_prob_prime(), gmp_powm().
The mentioned Math_Bigint will support these methods.
