I've written a class that can be passed to stream_register_wrapper() to read
to and write from shared memory using streams. It uses the shmop_*
functions. Perhaps one day this would make a nice PECL extension (written in
C), but for now, I'd like to contribute it as PEAR class. What's a good name
for it? File::Stream::SHM? Stream::SHM?
