Currently they are not supported.
But with the recent improvements to mysql this becomes more and more
feasible and requested. Since MDB's xml format is borrowed from Metabase
I want to work with the author of Metabase for any changes to the
format.
If you want you can work up a proposal.

There is none atm.
There is a possibility to make this happen using Metal
(www.meta-language.net) but this will require a lot of thought and
effort.
