Christian: check out the way that the PHP template does things, there is no
js at all in it. The best bet is to go with css if you want to maintain a
pretty look, I think.
You could add a switch in the template options.ini javascript = true/false
to make the change, or if you want to get fancy, add a commandline by
modding Io.inc and then extending HTMLSmartyConverter and having the
formatLeft() method check for
$GLOBALS['_phpDocumentor_setting']['javascript'] === true, and include a
different left template file.
