I posted a bug about half a month ago reporting that upload of the properly formed .tgz of phpDocumentor is not working at pear.php.net. It would please me greatly to know that pear.php.net isn't a self-maintaining entity and that some human has noticed the bug and is thinking about why this might be happening, and possibly even fixing it.
