DB_DataObject getLinks() issue

I think a bug may have creeped into DB_DataObject 0.11
In previous versions the links .ini file was loaded correctly if it was named according to the convention:
[db_name].links.ini
the current version appears to be looking for the file:
[db_name].links
in line 928, Dataobject.php
When it doesn't find it, getLinks() fails.
