You should expect comments on your classes, and votes for approving (+1) or
rejecting (-1) your classes. With 5 positive votes it's approved. Here come
my votes and comments (I suggest you later separate this mail into several
mails, one for each class, to facilitate discussion)

You should discuss it with Stig and Andrei (Console_Getopt maintainers) I

I suggest you take a look at a recent thread on this same list, regarding
authentication and authorization packages.

I'll take I look at the code later. About the category: Tools and Utilities?
(I'm just guessing, I don't think I really understood what's it used for). If
you feel that your package doesn't fit into any of the existing categories
you can propose a new one.
