Pager Class draft

Hi again pear, During the implementation of the "fetch absolute row numbers" feature, I thinked my self: "Great we have this, but don't have a system to handle paginated results sets". My first attempt to imaginate how to *use* the system whit Pear DB is attached with this mail. I have called it Pager Class but it can be named also in a marketing way: "Massive Results Displaying Class" :) Any feedback or improvements are very welcome. Cheers, Tomas V.V.Cox
