Auth weirdness?

Hi, some time ago I posted a patch for Auth::getAuthData(). Since a
didn't used pear stuff for I while, I supposed that it was fixed.
Now I've got a fresh install of all the pear classes, and Auth still has
the same bug(?).
Am I missing something? Anyway I attach my little patch again in case it
might be useful...
