I just copied and pasted the news I received from Apple !
Apparently, they made a spelling mistake in your name, I am sorry for
duplicating it.
For PEAR documentation, the two people I know that manage it are Alexander
Merz <alexander.merz@t-online.de> and Greg Beaver <greg@chiaraquartet.net>.
There might be others.
