If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file. However, future versions may not support this any longer. in c:\php\pear\HTML\Form.php on line 325 This is strange since what I am doing is not using the displayTextareaRow function (where the error originates). This is why there is little debugging informtion here.
