Figured out the problem with role="script"
pear installs phpdoc to the PhpDocumentor subdirectory, which is not in the
path (/usr/local/bin/PhpDocumentor). I've added a note to the FAQ for the
next release, but it actually appears that things may be working for the
first time. If we can figure out the pear upgrade problem Arnaud is
experiencing that would be great
